Choose your account type when signing up. If you are unsure, start with a Business account - you can always contact us to upgrade to an Agency account later.

Use the dial pad, enter the code above and press Call. To cancel later use ##61# and to check status use *#61#. Telstra mobiles allow 15-30s; Optus and Vodafone/TPG allow 5-30s.

1.Open the amaysim app or My amaysim.
2.Go to Settings -> Call forwarding.
3.Set 'Forward calls to' with your agent number and enable.

Note: MMI codes vary by plan. If a code is rejected, confirm with your carrier support.

Replace <agent_number> with your agent's 10-digit number from the Agent page.

1.Open your dial pad.
2.Dial *71<agent_number> and press call.
3.Wait for the confirmation tone.

Disable with *73.
